Product Information

All products offered through Conchords Apparel are made to order through professional production partners. Product availability, colors, sizing, and printing may vary slightly depending on the garment and production process.

Product images displayed on the website are representative and may vary slightly from the final printed product.

Production and Fulfillment

Conchords Apparel partners with professional third-party production and fulfillment providers to manufacture and ship products.

While Conchords Apparel coordinates the ordering process, production, printing, packaging, and shipping are performed by external fulfillment partners.

Conchords Apparel is not responsible for manufacturing defects, printing variations, or shipping delays caused by third-party production partners or shipping carriers, though reasonable efforts will be made to assist customers in resolving order issues.

Pricing and Product Listings

Prices, product listings, and policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Conchords Apparel reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or listing inaccuracies and may cancel or adjust orders if necessary.

Platform Policies and Structure

Conchords Apparel operates as a creative merchandise platform supporting independent creators and original designs.

As the platform grows and evolves, Conchords Apparel may update operational policies, partnership structures, and platform features to support continued development and sustainability.

Such updates may apply to future creator partnerships, programs, or platform services. Existing agreements will remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of agreement unless otherwise mutually updated.

Creator Revenue Structure

Creator earnings from merchandise sold through the Conchords Apparel platform are determined by the revenue share structure or partnership agreement in effect at the time of participation.

Conchords Apparel reserves the right to establish pricing, platform margins, promotional discounts, and operational costs associated with producing and selling merchandise.

Creator payouts are calculated according to the applicable program structure or individual creator agreement.

Creator Accounts and Platform Participation

Creators participating in the Conchords Apparel platform are responsible for maintaining active communication and ensuring the accuracy of their submitted designs and product listings.

If a creator becomes inactive or fails to respond to platform communications for a period of ninety (90) days or more, Conchords Apparel reserves the right to temporarily disable, hide, or remove associated product listings from the platform.

Listings that are disabled due to inactivity may be held for a reasonable period while attempts are made to reestablish communication with the creator.

If communication is not reestablished within a reasonable timeframe, Conchords Apparel may permanently remove the listings from the platform.

Inactive Listings and Platform Discretion

If a creator account or associated product listings become inactive or are removed due to extended inactivity, failure to maintain communication, or policy violations, Conchords Apparel reserves the right to permanently remove those listings from the platform.

While reasonable efforts may be made to reestablish communication with the creator, Conchords Apparel is not obligated to maintain or restore listings indefinitely.

Creators who wish to relaunch products after extended inactivity may be required to resubmit designs or establish a new listing arrangement under the platform’s current policies.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the website, you agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Conchords Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and platform materials associated with Conchords Apparel are the property of Conchords Entertainment Studio and Productions unless otherwise credited.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of designs, graphics, or branded materials associated with Conchords Apparel is strictly prohibited.

Creator Design Responsibility

Creators who submit, upload, or provide designs for sale through the Conchords Apparel platform represent and warrant that they own the rights to the artwork, graphics, trademarks, or other materials used in their designs, or have obtained the necessary permissions or licenses to use such materials.

Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that their submitted designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights of any third party.

Conchords Apparel reserves the right to remove, disable, or refuse any design, listing, or content that is suspected of violating intellectual property laws or the rights of others.

Any legal claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from submitted designs remain the responsibility of the creator who submitted the content.

Conchords Apparel may review submitted designs and reserves the right to remove or disable listings that violate platform standards, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

Platform License to Display Creator Designs

By submitting or providing designs for sale through the Conchords Apparel platform, the creator grants Conchords Apparel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote the submitted designs as part of product listings on the platform.

This license allows Conchords Apparel to generate product mockups, listing images, and promotional materials necessary to display and sell the creator’s merchandise through the website.

Ownership of the original artwork remains with the creator.

This license remains active only while the design is listed or offered for sale through the Conchords Apparel platform.

Indemnification

Creators who submit designs to the Conchords Apparel platform agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Conchords Apparel, its owners, affiliates, partners, and production providers from any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from the creator’s submitted designs, branding, or content.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims involving copyright infringement, trademark violations, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or misuse of licensed materials.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the policies outlined on this site, including the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Conchords Apparel is not responsible for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping carriers, or issues arising from circumstances outside of its control.

Changes to These Terms

Conchords Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected by the revised date listed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This includes but is not limited to copyright infringement, trademark violations, or unauthorized use of third-party material.
