Production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Production time may vary depending on the product and printing partner.

Estimated fulfillment times typically range from 2–5 business days, after which items are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, and the carrier used for delivery.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to:

Conchords Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Conchords Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
