RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because all Conchords Apparel items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product sizing charts carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • a brief description of the issue

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Lost or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order was lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
